Northfield, NH – Spaulding Academy & Family Services recently held Spaulding Academy’s annual Field Day. It brought residential and day students together with staff to enjoy an outdoor event filled with opportunities to play and cool off.

The event featured traditional Field Day games like tug-of-war and a water balloon toss, along with a new water slide and an oversized inflatable that provided climbing and sliding fun. A dunk tank also gave students the chance to dunk their favorite teachers and staff members.

“Field Day is an event our students and staff look forward to every year,” said Garrett Lavallee, MEd, Principal and Director of Special Education, Spaulding Academy. “I’m grateful to Brian Doyle, our Physical Education teacher, along with our EChO (Experiential Challenges Outdoors) instructors Jason Sterner and Jessie Monroe, who thoughtfully planned and executed the event – and to the Spaulding Academy staff members who made joyful memories with our children.”
