Seval Vincevic Receives Spaulding Youth Center’s Spaulding Spirit Award
June 07, 2018Spaulding Youth Center is pleased to present the Spaulding Spirit Award for the second quarter of 2018 to Seval Vincevic, Academic Aide 1:1. This peer-nominated recognition is presented at each quarterly staff meeting to one employee who exemplifies Spaulding Spirit and makes peers proud to be working by their side.
Mr. Vincevic was chosen as the 2018 Quarter 2 Spirit Award recipient because of his compassion for the children and staff he works with every day. Over the past five years as a part of the Spaulding team, he has brought a patient, calm and understanding approach to his work and always meets the needs of students with kindness and grace. Mr. Vincevic began his career in Bosnia before coming to the United States and applying for citizenship.

Ryan, CEO & President of Spaulding Youth Center. “We received numerous submissions applauding Seval for his exemplary Spaulding Spirit. You can tell from his glowing nominations that he truly enjoys his role on campus and cares deeply for his colleagues and our children. We are thrilled to have him a part of the Spaulding team.”
As a full-time academic aide, Mr. Vincevic’s responsibilities include helping students with behavioral challenges due to trauma, autism, and other factors build important skills in the classroom. Prior to his time at Spaulding Youth Center, Mr. Vincevic continued his special education career here in New Hampshire for over 17 years after securing US citizenship and transferring his Bosnian credentials.
In his spare time, Seval enjoys gardening, going for walks and spending time with his wife. He was thrilled to accept a Spaulding Spirit gift related to his hobby and grateful for his fellow team members for whom he has a deep respect.
