The Future is Bright for our Children and Families
Spaulding Academy & Family Services is undergoing a time of great renewal and expansion. The nationally recognized Choose Love curriculum is being integrated campuswide, and our virtual reality initiative is transforming learning for every student – especially our medically complex children who can now experience the thrill of racing across a zipline or kayaking on a river.
Our campus is growing with the creation of one of New England’s largest adaptive playgrounds, complete with sensory-friendly equipment that accommodates children of all abilities. An exciting addition to Spaulding Academy is also underway. The campus kitchen and dining room will move to the school, and more classrooms, meeting spaces, offices, and a technology and innovation space are being constructed. These innovative changes will greatly improve learning opportunities for our students and assist our staff.
