Our Clinical team at Spaulding Academy & Family Services has full-time openings for Clinicians. Spaulding supports children ages 4 to 21 with neurological impairments, behavioral challenges and trauma histories. Clinicians assess treatment needs, provide therapy and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support youth in residential care. Some caseloads may involve short-term family therapy.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field
- Licensure in NH (preferred or license-eligible)
- Valid NH driver’s license
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong writing, organization and communication
- Experience with residential treatment or DCYF a plus
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend court, transport clients as needed
