Clinician

Our Clinical team at Spaulding Academy & Family Services has full-time openings for Clinicians. Spaulding supports children ages 4 to 21 with neurological impairments, behavioral challenges and trauma histories. Clinicians assess treatment needs, provide therapy and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support youth in residential care. Some caseloads may involve short-term family therapy.


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field
  • Licensure in NH (preferred or license-eligible)
  • Valid NH driver’s license


Knowledge and skills:

  • Strong writing, organization and communication
  • Experience with residential treatment or DCYF a plus
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend court, transport clients as needed
