Spaulding Academy & Family Services is seeking a full-time Community Based Programs Clinician to join our supportive and energetic team! This role provides therapeutic services for youth and families within the community, supporting children with special and unique needs in achieving success at home, at school and in their communities. Requirements
- Masterโs degree in psychology, social work or a related field
- Active New Hampshire license or license eligibility
- PCM trained at a minimum of Practitioner 1
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and families
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of services for students with emotional and behavioral disorders, intellectual disabilities, trauma-related disorders and autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive services
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to engage families in treatment and promote family voice and choice
