The Community-Based Programs team at Spaulding Academy & Family Services is hiring a Family Aide to provide supervised family visitation, education and transportation services. This role supports children, caregivers and parents by facilitating safe visits and modeling parenting strategies while promoting access to community resources. The position requires travel and flexibility in scheduling.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 22 years old
- Valid NH driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Associate’s degree and two years relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree
- CPR certification and medication administration training
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills
- Ability to implement behavioral plans
- Experience in case management or child services preferred
- Computer proficiency (Word) and documentation accuracy
