Spaulding Academy & Family Services is seeking a full-time Permanency Specialist to join our supportive and energetic team! This role provides case management, customer service and permanency services to families, children, and youth served by Spaulding Academy & Family Services. Requirements:
- Minimally a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field
- Experience in applied behavior analysis, support services and/or advocacy is desirable
- This position requires experience in understanding children and family systems and behavioral approaches to treatment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge and judgment, organization skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The person will have good oral and written language skills as well as good computer skills.

- This is a full-time position where the hours are flexible in that it meets the needs of the student and the family. Any evening or weekend work will meet the needs of the youth or their family.
