Spaulding Academy & Family Services is pleased to announce the addition of a Permanency Specialist to our Behavioral Programming team. This role supports families, children and youth from admission through post-discharge, helping to navigate treatment and ensure a family-centered voice throughout. The Permanency Specialist is responsible for enhancing transitions and aftercare by providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, community-based supports. This position plays a key part in ensuring continuity of care, facilitating treatment planning, supporting guardianship efforts and providing timely communication between families, internal departments and external agencies. Ideal candidates are flexible, collaborative and organized, with strong communication skills and experience in case management.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in psychology or related field
- Valid NH driverโs license and clean driving record
Knowledge and skills:
- Experience with behavior analysis, support services or family advocacy
- Strong understanding of children and family systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organization, judgment and computer proficiency
- Willingness to be trained in PCM and Spauldingโs Behavior Management system
