Spaulding Academy & Family Services is seeking Residential Assistants to support students ages 4 to 21 with neurological, emotional and developmental challenges. Residential Assistants provide supervision and implement support plans for students living on our Northfield, NH campus during non-school hours. This position involves direct care, life skills coaching and active engagement in residential activities. Shifts range from 9 to 15 hours between 1 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge and skills:
- Compassion, reliability and strong personal integrity
- Consistency in implementing treatment strategies
- Willingness to earn CPR/First Aid and trauma-informed certifications
- Experience with developmentally or emotionally challenged individuals preferred, but training provided
