School-Based Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Spaulding Academy & Family Services is seeking a full-time School-Based Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Monday through Friday program (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.). This position supports students through function-based behavioral support, data analysis and collaborative programming. Candidates should be values-driven, technically skilled and relationship oriented, with a commitment to social and emotional learning.


Requirements:

  • BCBA certification or Masterโ€™s-level Psychologist with ABA training
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Excel-based data charting
  • Experience in school, residential or clinical settings


Knowledge and skills:

  • Functional behavior assessments and intervention planning
  • Staff training and treatment monitoring
  • Collaboration with IEP teams and interdisciplinary providers
  • Understanding of developmental disabilities and trauma
